The Norfolk Public Library is hosting a workshop on wycinanki, a traditional paper-cutting art from Poland, on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Sue Throckmorton will lead the hands-on demonstration, and participants will create a piece of paper art that can be framed or used to make a note card. There is a materials charge of $5, and preregistration is required. The workshop, which will be held in the library’s community room, is geared toward teens and adults. Participants are asked to bring a pair of small, sharp scissors. More information is available by calling 508-528-3380.
