Auto show returns to fairgrounds Saturday


The Mass. Cruisers Auto Club’s “Autofest 2013” is set for Saturday, rain or shine, from noon to 7 p.m. at the Cracker Barrel Fairgrounds, 131 Emerald St. The 22d annual event includes a car corral and flea market. For those wishing to show cars, preregistration is $10 by Monday, and $15 for registration at the event. The show is open to cars manufactured before 1989. Special awards will be presented, including best of show, best engine, kid’s choice, best open vehicle, best closed vehicle, best club participation, president’s choice, and Mass. Cruisers Memorial choice. Admission is $5, and free for those 12 and under. Parking is free at the fairgrounds.
