Town offers affordable-housing property

The town is seeking an income-qualified buyer for a single-family home at 87 Elm Brook Lane. The three-bedroom property was built in 2002 and set aside as affordable housing as part of the Elm Brook Homes development. Information on income eligibility requirements and applications are available in the town’s Planning Division office at 141 Keyes Road, and online at www.concordma.gov.
