Share views on 123 Parker St.’s future

The second of two “visioning sessions” to discuss the future of the 58-acre site at 129 Parker St. will be held in the Maynard High School library on Sept. 26 at 6 p.m. The meetings are meant to allow Southborough developer Capital Group Properties to communicate with community members and town officials about what they would like to see built there. In the spring, Town Meeting voters turned down a rezoning proposal for the property that would have allowed Capital Group to build a mixed-use complex called the Shoppes at Maynard Crossing, which would have featured 250 apartments and more than 300,000 square feet of retail space.
