Coalition to discuss antidrug grant Tuesday

The local Decisions at Every Turn Coalition has been awarded a $625,000 federal Drug Free Communities grant to carry out its proposal to reduce youth substance use and abuse over the next five years. The organization intends to form a hiring committee to secure key personnel to oversee, coordinate, and support the activities and programs outlined in its funding proposal. The coalition will meet Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in Room 5 of the Ashland Middle School administrative building, where members will answer questions and provide more details on the grant and the group’s programs.
