The Conservation Commission is holding a public hearing on a proposed solar farm during its 7 p.m. meeting Monday in Town Hall. Mohamad Ziad Ramadan is interested in building the solar power-generating facility on his property at 85 Newton St. Ramadan is going before the commission because the site is within 100 feet of isolated, vegetated wetlands.
