The Holliston Mill Artists organization will hold its annual Open Studios on Oct. 26 and 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring work by artists who have permanent studios at the mill as well as by local guest artists. Works will include paintings done in oil, acrylic, and watercolor; sculpture and mixed-media pieces; photography; textiles; drawings; printing; and quilting. Light refreshments will also be served, including a tasting hosted by the Wine House, on Oct. 27 from 1 to 3 p.m. The Holliston Mill at 24 Water St. was built in the late 1800s as a shoe factory, and is now home to small businesses and artist studios. According to an announcement on the Open Studios showcase, the building remains very much as it was designed, and has minimal access for people with disabilities.
