Town seeks feedback from ‘customers’

In an effort to obtain feedback about municipal services, local officials are asking residents to regularly grade Town Hall’s operations via a survey on the town website. The “customer service survey,” available through a link on the Board of Selectmen’s page at www.boylston-ma.gov, asks for town departments to be ranked on a four-part scale, from poor to excellent, as well as whether the quality of services has changed over the last year. The forms are to be returned to the selectmen’s office in Town Hall, 221 Main St.
