The discussion will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Hollis Room in Town Hall, 66 Westford St. The presentation will focus on the effects of falls on older adults, risk factors, and practical solutions to decrease the risks of having a fall. The program includes a lecture, a demonstration of adaptive equipment, and key exercises for preventing falls, and a demonstration of how to get up if you have fallen, followed by a question and answer session.
