After holding a third public meeting on proposed changes to an affordable housing project at 15 Great Road earlier this month, the Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a fourth session for 7:30 p.m. Feb. 12 in the Town Offices on Shattuck Street. The discussion will focus on a request by developer Omni Properties LLC to modify the Chapter 40B comprehensive permit approved last February for 190 apartments at the Village Green complex. The developer is now proposing to build 56 single-family homes for sale and 144 rental units on the property.
