The city’s third forum for teens and adults, to be held Feb. 5 at Brown Middle School from 6 to 9 p.m., will focus on encouraging communication, even on difficult topics. Youth Summit III will feature guest speaker Kevin Breel, a 20-year-old comedian and mental health advocate. More information about Breel, and a video of his TedxYouth talk can be found on his website, www.kevinbreel.com. The forum, which aims to bring the community together to focus on challenges facing teens, is being sponsored by Mayor Setti Warren’s office, the city’s Youth Commission and Health and Human Services Department, and the Newton Partnership.
