All-clear report on fire scare

When a building at Northbrook Village caught on fire on Jan. 18, residents on the scene told firefighters that everyone was accounted for. But the dispatcher back at the station got a call at about the same time that a person was still trapped in the building. The fire began after a snowplow struck a ground-mounted transformer at the residential complex on Pleasant Street.
