Democratic state Representative Jennifer Benson of Lunenburg will start holding office hours in the district to allow constituents to meet with her or her staff without traveling to Boston or scheduling a meeting. The first round of office hours will be held in Acton, Ayer, and Shirley on Feb. 24. Residents of the district are allowed to attend any office hour, no matter the location. The office hours will be from 9 to 10 a.m. in Room 126 at Acton Town Hall; from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the first-floor meeting room at Ayer Town Hall; and noon to 1 p.m. in a conference room at Shirley Town Hall.
