The Fairbank Community Center Task Force is holding a public forum at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 13 to share the preliminary findings of an architect hired to study the condition of the building, its usage, and its potential for expansion. The facility houses the town’s senior center, Park and Recreation Department, and school administration offices. Recognizing that parts of the building’s roof are in serious disrepair and that both the senior center and the Park and Recreation Department need additional space, the town created the task force to study the issues.
