The ninth annual Lexington Choral Festival, featuring performances by 175 singers from 10 area religious communities, will take place next Sunday at 3 p.m. at St. Brigid Church, 2001 Massachusetts Ave. The festival, founded in 2006 by Robert Eaton, music director at Lexington’s First Baptist Church, provides a cross-cultural exchange of music and musical traditions. Next weekend’s free event will have choral groups from Christian and Jewish congregations each singing two songs individually, and then joining together for a performance of Cesar Franck’s Psalm 150. Contact Jane Park at 781-862-4220 for more information.
