“Should I Eat That?” is the latest entry in the Friends of the Ashland Public Library’s documentary film and discussion series Thursday, April 10, at 7 p.m. in the library’s community room. The film, featuring nutritionist and dietician Jeff Novick, explains the limitations of nutrition labels and offers techniques for analyzing the true contents of the foods we eat. The film is free; attendees are invited to stay afterwards for a discussion. For more information, call the library at 508-881-0134 or visit the Friends’ website at www.friendsoftheapl.com.
