Health Department asks residents to take survey

The town’s Health Department has asked residents to participate in a brief, anonymous online survey about potential community health education resources. The survey asks questions about topics including which education materials the Health Department should provide; how the department should disseminate information to residents; and whether residents would be interested in a tick-testing program for Lyme disease next year. A link to the survey is posted on the Health Department’s page on the town website, www.belmont-ma.gov.
