■ Clarification: A story in Friday’s Business section about an implanted drug delivery chip was unclear about why some patients in a study received fewer than 20 doses of an osteoporosis drug. The device was to release all doses of the drug, but some patients received chips that carried fewer than 20 doses.

■ Clarification: A Page One headline in Sunday’s paper may have left the erroneous impression that a top state transportation official had reached a decision on MBTA fare hikes and service cuts. A plan will not be presented until next month, with a vote scheduled for April.
