‘Likability’ a growing issue for Mitt Romney

Mitt Romney, emerging from a bitter primary race and at times suffering from a propensity for cringe-inducing gaffes, has seen his negative numbers rise to troubling levels that are among the worst he’s faced in his career. Not only have voters said they don’t relate to him, but they’re saying they outright don’t like him. It could become a growing issue, particularly as he faces President Obama - who is well-liked, even by those who disagree with his policies - that Republicans say he must fix if he has any hopes of winning the general election.
