Romney calls himself a new candidate??? He has been running for president for six years!
The Bain Capital bashing didn't last long, seems the people didn't respond.
Read this today, "Nations clash over debt crisis", "Europe looks to share Bank burden", "U.S. stocks fell", while American administration officials say, "Don't worry, be happy"! Obama's chief budget officer decries his $1.6 trillion deficit as a "non-crisis" fiction invented by Republicans. Political Democrat campaign whiz kids decide to campaign against evil capitalism exhibited by their opposition in the Bain Corporation. All over America Joe the plumber types, like me, are shaking their heads. In Massachusetts the big debate surrounds a "native American" candidate with white skin and blue eyes. Get real, folks"! It ain't about a black president or a Bain capitalist candidate. Reality is that Europe and the entire world needs to face the reality that you cannot spend more money than you have in your pocket and survive. You cannot tax the bark off trees and keeps the paper industry alive. Obama and every other politician in America is running scared because they know they are living on borrowed time. Obama can schmooze all the unions and Hollywood communists all he wants, but a reckoning is coming in November.
Romney has been running for office, unsuccessfully, for as long as I can remember. The only time he won was when he was riding on good public opinion after 'saving' the olympics from a mess put there just for him to fix by mormons. Why would anyone vote for this fool?
", calling Romney's tenure as Massachusetts governor a time of grand gestures and empty economic promises that should be a warning sign for the nation." Sounds familiar O
From my own perspective as a Ma. resident I would like to say on behalf of governor Romney, The desperation Obama's team is showing by trying to find evidence of poor performance when you were in office here, is futile. They will try to find any negatives and make issues where there are none. You did an excellent job in managing the states' business. Thank you for the health plan also. It certainly helped our family out after an unexpected job loss. You were able to govern a mostly democratic state, and still manage to get along well with the democratic legislature which I'm sure could be a nightmare. Obama does not stand a chance of winning the election. You stand tall next to him. Best of luck Mr. Romney!!!
By definition, fees aren't taxes. Gov. Romney didn't raise taxes, prevented an economy-wrecking retroactive capital gains tax, kept trying to restore the voters' income tax rollback, and was always ready to protect Prop 2 1/2 if necessary. I remember his four years without fiscal crisis; he did the best he could with a Democrat legislature.
I doubt the Obamites will even mention the fact that Romney faced an uphill battle all the way trying to deal with a one party legislature that could be called the party of "What ever it takes to buy votes".
The Obama administration is trying a version of the big lie. What debt? There's no debt merely investment opportunities for our enemies.
I am a MA. resident who would speak out on behalf of governor Romney: The desperation of the Obama team is pathetic, with Axelrod and Patrick trying to find evidence of poor performance when Gov. Romney was in office. The Obama team will try and falsify everything into negatives and make issues where there are none. Romney did the best job of any MA. gov. in managing the states' business. Romney governed a majority Democratic legislature, managed his role with professionalism and respect toward unions and dumb politicians! On the other hand - Obama has been a poor example - sarcastic, arrogant, refusing to collaborate with his own party members - and not talking with opposition members - ask Senator Olympia Snowe (R-Maine. Hopefully, voters will come to their senses by the time they go to the polls in November and send Obama and the nasty, arrogant group back to Chicago.I have had enough of the smirking!
Obama better be careful...this type of attack is showing his own weaknesses...sounds like a "takes one to know one" scenario, except the Romney part isn't true.
