President Obama’s camp targeting Mitt Romney’s Mass. record

President Obama and his campaign are planning to put new scrutiny on Mitt Romney’s four-year term as Massachusetts governor, seeking to make the case that failed promises in the Bay State would be the precursor for failed promises for the nation. It marks a shift for Obama, who has spent several weeks criticizing Romney’s experience in the private sector, running Bain Capital, in an approach that even some Democrats said was over the top.
