Our federal courts win back some respect with this decision. At the same time, for-profit corporations have reminded the American people - who chartered them - that profit is their one and only motive, not the health and welfare of the natural persons the Founders sought to protect in our Bill of Rights. The need for a Constitutional amendment remains clear, so that entities other than citizens don't continue to claim our rights, while they ignore our pursuit of life, liberty and happiness, as did the mistaken Citizens United decision.

This Court was DUPED into accepting the claim by politicians and environmentalists that there is measurable "Global Warming", and that it has been caused by humans. The scientific "Proof" of this is based on FABRICATED DATA. This is demonstrated by the leaked e-mails from top Climate scientists at the University of east Anglia in the UK.---------------Man-made "Global warming" is a major scientific HOAX.------------------------- The Justices of this Court, along with the American people, are victims of a world-wide scientific SCAM. The actual purpose of the "Global warming" SCAM is to justify politicians' calls for yet bigger government, bureaucratic and job-killing regulations, more taxpayer funding for academic research projects, and taxpayer (and electric bill) funding of UNPROVEN "energy efficient" business like light bulbs, appliances, solar, wind turbines, and electric cars.
