Mitt Romney on Sunday sought to project a more muscular tone on foreign policy than President Obama, emphatically declaring Jerusalem the capital of Israel and saying that blocking Iran’s quest for nuclear weapons is “our highest national security priority.” In a speech in Jerusalem, he pledged to always stand with Israel, even if it wades into potentially dangerous territory.
