Michelle Obama plays to strengths in N.H.

LACONIA, N.H. — First lady Michelle Obama sought to rally her husband’s New Hampshire supporters Thursday by emphasizing President Obama’s working-class background and values and pointing to the triumphs of his administration.

She also stressed that the only guarantee in the upcoming election is that it would be closer than four years ago.

Barack's working class origins? What fairy tale is this? Was his father a truck driver or a factory worker? No, he was a Kenyan government official. The Obamas continue to invent a mythical figure in the Oval office. Perhaps he should rename himself Zeus.

Which ones? You forgot to mention. You prattle on and on with unsupported dishonest statements about candidates you don't like. Not once, not a single time, have you been able to say anything positive about a candidate you do like. Not once. That says it all really doesn't it? Whatever the source of your passions, it isn't anything real. I would think that the Republicans could brief their supporters so they don't make fools of themselves. Reasonable people compare and contrast choices. You don't.

His father never supported the President financially. Use reality in your arguments. It's interesting that you have nothing positive to promote the Presidents opponent. So let's compare Romney's "Working Class Origins" to the Presidents. What the heck, even with your ridiculous statement. Thank you for demonstrating the moral and intellectual corruption the Republican party has become. You really are a big help.

Congratulations on using some pretty big words to NOT answer Geoffrey's point, which was that you made serious accusations ("Obama and his staff are violating so many laws...") without giving a single example. Then you turned it around by attacking the Globe and, of course, those horrible "liberals."

Obama's mother earned a doctorate in anthropology, not exactly impoverished. Her mother was a bank vice president. Very proletarian. I am happy to reinforce your uninformed stereotypes about GOP supporters.
