WASHINGTON — With just over two weeks before voters head to the polls, the presidential campaigns are bearing down on the same swing states that have been the focus for the past year, but they are using different prescriptions for several battlegrounds.
Mitt Romney hasn’t been to Wisconsin in the last 30 days, for example. But over about the same period his campaign has been outspending Obama there, $3.9 million to $2.9 million. In Virginia, the opposite is true. Romney has been there 11 times over the past 30 days — four for Obama — but is being outspent on the airwaves.

That's easy to understand. The polls have been all wrong, except for Rasmussen's. Also notice that Globe completely ignores yesterday's major news: Stock market drops 200 points on bad earnings reports. That means less taxes for the government. (OOPS, I forgot that the official word is "Revenue"). As is always predicted by Republicans, higher taxes results in LESS revenue for the government.
So you're a statistician? Also notice that you completely ignore the fact that the stock market was at 7949 when Bush left office and closed at 13343 yesterday.
Romney will win most of the Swing State including Wisconsin. If he also wins Iowa, he doesn't need Ohio. Separately, the markets that affect jobs aren't waiting to see 'increased tax revenues' they are waiting to see 'spending reductions'. There will be no jobs worth talking about until these markets have seen spending reductions, not revenue increases. And you have been warned...

Has the media reported on Obama plans - IF elected to another 4 years? NO.
Has Obama said how his NEXT BUDGET that address the issues of the 'middle class? NO.

last I heard, the major accomplishments, not a complete list, were: health care reform; war ended in Iraq and winding down in Afghanistan; getting Bin laden (which Bush says wasn't important) and a slew or other Al quaida leaders, which should have been our goal all along, not going into Iraq; oh, and preventing another Great Depression, which Bush handed of to him and which the Repugs did their best to obstruct him in fixing. Nothing ahhh shucks about that.

Most of these so called "toss up" states were squarely in the president's column until debate no. 1. all of a sudden
a great change occurred. I DO NOT BUY IT. I am NOT a conspiratorialist but I see some dastardly stuff going on with
polling taking advantage of the president's alleged poor performance which I do NOT think was in the final analysis so poor as he told the TRUTH as opposed to Romney Rhomnesia lies which would be counted about 27. NOW we know Romney's strategy. It is clear now but wasn't then. He would throw SO much mendacity at the president on policy which he simply flipped flopped on for a wider audiance. He came at the president like he was thowring up his guts and all anyone would be able to do is say whhaat??? What is this guy saying. He is saying the opposite of what is even on his web page and opposite of what he said during the Republican primary debates.
If the vote .. .IF big IF the vote were fair, no voter suppression, no machine rigging, and everyone voted who wants to vote including the early voters it is CRYSTAL CLEAR Rhomenisia would NOT have a chance. The president would take it in a landslide. But the Republicrats do everything in their power to supress the vote because they KNOW they have a losing proposition. They cage votes, they obstruct justice even Supreme Court justice, they threaten employees, they spend hundreds of millions of bucks taken from Adelson, Koch Brothers, Rove superpaks and others which do not have to even reveal who they are. It is a spit in the face of democracy by a nation that has the NERVE to want to export it to others. WHAT A JOKE. there is NO voter fraud practiced by Democrats but Republicans take dirty tricks and fraud to the heights of Everest.
