NEW YORK — Colin L. Powell, the former Republican secretary of state and retired four-star general, endorsed President Obama’s bid for reelection Thursday and said he was concerned that Mitt Romney was ‘‘a moving target’’ on foreign policy.
In an interview on ‘‘CBS This Morning,’’ Powell also said he was ‘‘more comfortable’’ with the president’s views on immigration, education, and health care.

I guess you and I once again have a different perspective on an issue. It is my firm belief that Powell was lied to about the WMD by Bush and Co. They sent him before the UN with a pack of lies. But, I`m at least happy that you now agree there were no WMD in Iraq, which REALLY REALLY, REALLY made the entire war a waste of time. I`m also pretty sure at he time you believed that there were WMD in Iraq. So yes, birds of a feather lie together, but in my senario it`s you and Bush.
