Two crashes Monday caused more trouble for storm-weary motorists trying to get in and out of New York, officials said. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey said an eight-vehicle crash about 2:30 p.m. closed an outbound tube of the Lincoln Tunnel. That was about two hours after the authority had reopened a section of the tunnel that was closed after a morning crash involving two buses.
