Where have they been? They approved this bill in the summer when they raised the debt ceiling. Oh that's right. They took the summer off, ran for election, then took the holiday off. Now I understand the immediacy of all of this. There must be another vacation on the horizon. Could someone please tell me if legislators are included in the affordable health care act?
