WASHINGTON — White people will no longer make up a majority of Americans by 2043, according to new census projections. That is part of a historic shift that is already reshaping the nation’s schools, workforce, and electorate, and that is redefining long-held notions of race.
The official projection, released Wednesday by the Census Bureau, now places the tipping point for the white majority a year later than previous estimates, which were made before the impact of the recent recession was fully known.

I suppose it all depends on how one defines "white". This seems to be a concern among the racist liberals and the community leaders of "people of color" who won't be able to play the race/oppression card. Although there are some pundits who will justify prejudice against those perceived as white as justice for centuries of oppression.

2043?!!! Gee, I thought it had already happened, for years now. I mean, when you read the whining comments out here, regularly complaining about the "oppression" of whites (just read the first comment from "Numeral" for a good example), you'd think the white folks have been constantly "under attack" -- for what, I don't know. Well, white folks still have time then to head off this dire event. Start breeding! C'mon, "millenials", pick up the slack. Otherwise, it'll be "Press 2 for ENGLISH"! {Shudder, shudder}
