WASHINGTON — A top White House adviser said Sunday that the stars seem aligned for Congress to pass a comprehensive immigration overhaul this year, but he sounded less confident about prospects for toughening the nation’s gun laws.

beefing up border control is a big joke, making illegals citizens is not fair to the thousands of people who have been waiting for years and spent money to become citizens, guess it's better to sneak across the border. Since illegals are already able to collect benefits, I'm sure that's off the table.
