He or his wife will serve no time for this, you can be almost guaranteed of that. There is no way that a judge would sentence Jesse Jackson's son to prison time. Sure, he will have to pay a fine. But I'm sure there will be fundraisers to pay his bill and people will contribute plenty to it.

Not once in this entire story was he identified as a Democrat. Unbelievable.

User - Oh look, here is the second paragraph of the story posted on Foxnews.com:
"The Illinois Democrat faces up to five years in prison, but guidelines recommend slightly less. Sentencing has been set for June 28."
Epic fail.

At least the guy is pleading guilty unlike the democrats in Ma. They will plead NOT GUILTY until their last breath even though they are as guilty as sin.
Maybe he learned something during his days in treatment and he wants to take responsibility and get on the right track in his life.
Yeah, like Sal Demasi still claiming his innocence. He's dying of cancer and still can't come clean.
Surprised to see the Federal Election Comm. allowed Congreessman Jackson to use his campaign funds for his wife's run for Chicago City Counsel, not a donation but money from his fund raising account.
