NBC chief White House correspondent Chuck Todd is likely to replace David Gregory on “Meet the Press,” the NBC Sunday morning talk show once helmed by the late Tim Russert, a report says.

Politico reports that NBC will announce the switch in the coming weeks, but notes that nothing is definitive.

Todd, a Miami native, also hosts a weekday-morning show on MSNBC and serves as NBC News’ political director.
