Mitt Romney pounds rivals for earmarks, but old video shows him touting his ability to get Washington cash

Mitt Romney criticizes his rivals for the GOP presidential nomination as Beltway insiders beholden to Capitol Hill’s politics-as-usual culture. But ABC News dug up an old video of Romney while campaigning for governor in 2002 that shows him trumpeting his Washington ties and his purported skill at landing millions of dollars in public funds for the Bay State.
