John Kerry, other locals among attendees at State Dinner for British prime minister

Ever wonder who gets to go to a State Dinner? Well, the White House puts out a list after each one. The dinner Wednesday night was particularly coveted, because it featured British Prime Minister David Cameron, a major US ally. Among the locals we spotted: Senator John Kerry and his wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry; Marvin Nicholson, Kerry’s former personal aide who now worked for President Obama; and; Matthew Barzun of Lincoln, who is heading the Obama campaign’s fund-raising.
