President Obama today signed into law a congressional insider trading bill championed by Senator Scott Brown of Massachusetts, a Republican, and hailed the legislation as an example of bipartisanship in the nation’s capital. Brown seemed to relish the moment, smiling broadly as the president signed the bill, which the Bay State senator considers a signature accomplishment.

The Republican Party, as we know it today, would make Abe Lincoln turn over in his grave and may even resurrect to come back and teach the new Repubs a lesson. This is the party of "No,"confrontation, polarization and politics first over the good of the people.
But this bipartisanship comes from a Senator who is more interested in the issues as he sees them. I applaud Senator Brown for that fact. He is not a patsy for the Republican party.
