Vice President Joe Biden to promote “Buffett Rule” in New Hampshire Thursday

Vice President Joe Biden will make a campaign stop in Exeter, N.H., Thursday to advocate for the president’s proposal that the wealthiest Americans pay at least 30 percent of their income in taxes. Biden will deliver his remarks at the Exeter Town Hall just days ahead of a Senate vote on the so-called Buffett Rule, named after billionaire investor Warren Buffett who has said he should not be paying a lower tax rate than his secretary.
