WASHINGTON — With a pivotal legal challenge settled Thursday by the Supreme Court, the battle over President Obama’s signature overhaul of the country’s health care system is headed back into the cauldron of Congress, giving Democrats little time to savor victory.
Republicans vowed to dismantle the law, with House Speaker John Boehner saying he could bring up a vote as early as next month to begin undoing the historic health care law. The vote, however, would be merely symbolic because Democrats in the Senate would surely block any proposal that would repeal or weaken any provision of the 2010 law.

Now we know the truth. THIS is a tax. This will hurt Obama nationally but not in moonbat, liberal Mass. They were going to vote for him anyway. In the end, this will help Romney nationally because this is a real job killer. Watch the unemployment rate spike higher as employers drop coverage. This is all about the economy and as unemployment continues to rise, Obama's numbers will continue to fall.
Nice job Scotty, Toe the TeaParty line. That the way to get re-elected in Massachusetts. I wonder if Scotty understands how childish and uniformed he sounds parroting the party line.
Where's the beef? That was the famous question asked years ago in a funny commercial in the hamburger wars. I symbolically apply the same question to those who want to replace ObamaCare. With what? This debate has been going on since 2008. Where is the well planned, well thought out alternative? Not my line here but some comedian said that the current Republican plan is, "Watch reruns of, "House," and take notes." It''s 7 more words of planning than any position papers issued thus far.
