The woman running Mitt Romney’s vice presidential search said today “the historic announcement is getting closer,” as the Republican’s presidential campaign committee released a new app allowing supporters to get the first official word.
“Soon everyone will know who Mitt Romney selects as his vice presidential running mate,” senior adviser Beth Myers, who has conducted the search, said in a statement. “With this new app, users can be the first to know the second member of America’s Comeback Team.”
