WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama is considering asking Senator John Kerry, D-Mass., to serve as his next defense secretary, part of an extensive rearrangement of his national security team that will include a permanent replacement for former CIA director David Petraeus.

It was stated: "...was either intentionally misleading or incompetent...". Only those two choices? Please! How about: information was not known yet. Back in the "olden days", nothing would have even been said until some days later, when information possibly was known. Now it seems it is expected that people should know things instantaneously. Doesn't work that way.
