Being secretary of state, Kerry said, was in some ways better than being president.

Why the long face?
Why oh why didn't I read this post earlier in the day? Best laugh this week.
He's got millions of reasons to be happy and a leatherback turtle to ride around the house on the weekends and he still looks like he's sucking on a lemon most of the time.
So what will our Governor do to fill the vacancy? Will he #1 do what he did last time and appoint someone who has no intention of running for the seat, or #2 will he appoint the Democrat selected by the party and who will most definetly be in the race.
Let me see.....I will bet my house, car and kids that he chooses door #2.
Simply astounding how serial, consistent and clear failures of judgement over a lifetime of public life, starting with his testimony to the Senate about VietNam isn't enpoguh to prevent a fool like John Kerry from rising to a position of critical infoluence. Gad!
