WASHINGTON — The mood was ebullient that day. A new face, a new breed of politician, had put his hand on the Bible that once belonged to Abraham Lincoln. That's interesting. Joe Biden's campaign tactics are called "Gaffes" by the Globe. But in Barack Obama s case, he can spew out 100 proven lies in one press conference, and the press calls them "Campaign Tactics".
The sad part is that the media will cover up any gaffes, lies, and take over policies by this administration. Can you imagine what the media would have done if Cheney said "spread your legs you are going to be frisked" by Joe Biden....They call Sarah Palin dumb...she is a genius compared to that buffoon. You can have a lier " Elizabeth Warren" crook Tierney and clueless Kennedy get elected....and then Patrick Deval...raising taxes.....good luck America...we will need it.

So, I can look forward to four more years of obstruction and misinformation when it comes to Obama"s administration. Now, we will add the debate over gun control. The House and Senate will be able to smoke-screen America while the economy continues to plummet. At east I will still have a gun when I can no longer work in Massachusetts due to reckless decisions by lawmakers who are obsessed with lobbyists.
You should move, seems like you would fit in better, be happier in Alabama, Mississippi, maybe Utah or North Dakota.

Will not negotiate on the debt ceiling...his way or the highway...yet when a senator it was unpatriotic to raise the ceiling debt and put the debt on our children & grandchildren...will go around congress if he does not like their actions....just like giving 2 million illegal children the right to have all the benefits of the citizens...medicaid, instate tuition, driving licenses and jobs, affirative action???? ahead of citizens? $4 million dollar vacations like the last one, when we have 14 million unemployed 47 million of food stamps and taxes because of Obamacare going up.....real president that is concerned with this country....and when the debt ceiling hits $22 trillion ...the demoncrats cannot blame Bush anymore. In fact stop blaming Bush for the last 4 years....Pres. Obama owns it...lock, stock & barrel.

What sort of change in the 2nd term? Even more naked use of administrative decrees to circumvent Congressional intent and the Constitution. Even more goodies from the US Treasury and IRS for crony capitalists on Wall Street and in California who gave hundreds of millions to the Obama-Biden campaign. Use of tax exempt status to turn the Obama campaign apparatus into a permanent propaganda unit for liberal issues. George Orwell is spinning in his grave.

As I came to this piece, I decided to skip the article, and go right for the comments. The people who post here comprise far more serious thoguht about thei president than Matt Viser, who is just another Globe cheerleader. Any intelligent person would be embarrassed that this country would elect for a second term such a failed president. He has not only failed, but has had the peevish demeanor of a child the whole time. He has not a bit of presidential timbre, but all the grit of an Alinsky-ite community organizer. Yes our country will survive, but as bad as things have been, just until you see what lies ahead.
And as we plunge off the cliff, the Globe cheerleaders, and all the left wing people who worship at the alter of Obama idolatry, will be planning how we should have an Obama statue near the lincoln memorial; how his face should be carved into mt Rushmore, and the whole month of his birth should be made into a holiday.

Well, looks like I have to comment again, because the Globe changed the headline and threw in the comments from an article about Joe Biden and they are now in a new one about Barack Obama. As Richmond 12 notes, any blogger should read the comments first, because the actual Globe article will contain nothing but misstated facts, completely omitted facts, and if necessary, a complete revision of history. This is in addition to the majority of major news that the Globe refuses to report at all. ..Anyone who bought today's Sunday Globe and read the front page shouldn't ask for their money back..They should ask for DOUBLE their money back.
