Fresh off an Italian jaunt, former president Barack Obama apparently made a stop to visit Prince Harry in London.
The official Twitter account of Kensington Palace on Saturday morning tweeted out a photo of Obama with the prince at the royal dwelling.
For his part, Obama quote-tweeted the post and noted that the pair talked about their charity work and the attack on an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester.
“Good to see my friend Prince Harry in London to discuss the work of our foundations & offer condolences to victims of the Manchester attack,” Obama wrote on Twitter.

Days beforehand, Obama and his wife, former first lady Michelle, were spotted kicking back during a vacation in Italy. The former president golfed the Castiglion del Bosco course (located on the luxury resort owned by fashion mogul Massimo Ferragamo) and biked the Italian hillsides. Former FLOTUS went sightseeing in the Tuscan hillside village of Montalcino.
The couple reportedly stayed at the private village owned by John Phillips, Obama’s former ambassador to Italy, and Phillips’s wife, former newswoman and onetime Obama spokeswoman Linda Douglass.
Obama also visited Scotland on Friday, playing golf at the renowned Old Course at St. Andrews and attending a charity dinner in Edinburgh.Material from the Associated Press and The Washington Post was used in this report.
