Chavez’s new foe seeks ‘balanced elections’

Presidential candidate Henrique Capriles called Monday for “balanced elections’’ and criticizing the use of government money and slanted coverage in Venezuela’s state media as President Hugo Chavez seeks reelection. The winner of Sunday’s opposition primary vote also criticized Chavez’s economic policies, saying his expropriations of companies have been a failure.
