Suicide bomber kills 10 in Damascus amid cease-fire

UN says it will hasten arrival of monitors

Two weeks into a cease-fire agreement, there still was no peace Friday in Syria: Security agents in Damascus collected the remains of 10 people killed in a suicide bombing.
