Negotiations include offers of new benefits

Six world powers presented Iran with detailed proposals Wednesday to address urgent international concerns about its nuclear program, including a freeze on its enrichment of uranium to 20 percent purity, a short technical step away from bomb grade, in return for modest benefits.
