Hillary Clinton says consulate security her responsibility

LIMA, Peru — US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is taking responsibility for security at the US consulate in Libya where an assault by extremists on the anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks killed the US ambassador and three other Americans.

Pushing back against Republican criticism of the Obama administration for its handling of the situation, Clinton said Monday in Lima, Peru, that security at all of America’s diplomatic missions abroad is her job, not that of the White House. She made the comments in several television interviews.

What the ????  But I thought Obama was President??!?  Who is running this country anyway??!?!?!?!  This would be funny if it weren't my own country we were talking about.  This isn't just embarrassing; it is dangerous for the leadership of America to be pointing at each other like the Keystone Kops, visible to the whole world!  People will see this as another sign of weakness which in-turn makes them think they can hit us again without harming themselves!!!  This would be funny if it weren't so dangerous in the big picture...

Hillary has jumped in front of the bus that Bammy and Whacky Joe were getting ready to throw her under. None of this explains why Rice, Carney and Obama himself repeatedly lied to the American people about the nature of the attack. Either they are grossly incompetent or more interested in the President Choom's re-election. If this was a republican administration, wouldn't this story would rate being front page news?
