GENEVA — Israel has pursued a creeping annexation of the Palestinian territories through the creation of Jewish settlements and committed multiple violations of international law, possibly including war crimes, a United Nations panel said Thursday, calling for an immediate halt to all settlement activity and the withdrawal of all settlers.
Presenting their findings in Geneva after a nearly six-month inquiry for the UN Human Rights Council, a panel of three judges, led by Christine Chanet of France, said Israel’s settlements had clearly violated the Geneva Conventions.

Set aside the ad hominem comments, what exactly in the UNHRC's report is NOT 100% true? Point to something more than the oft-repeated and unfounded slur that the commission is allegedly anti-Semitic because that charge--even if true (which it is not)--does not in any way address the validity of the report's conclusions. That is like saying that if the judge/jury that convicted Bernie Madoff was anti-Semitic that it somehow magically changes the fact that he committed the crimes for which he was convicted. If you want to challenge the report's conclusions, address the FACTS supporting those conclusions.

And speaking of what is ILLEGAL, how come the UN does nothing about Iran's nukes? Are israel's settlements somehow more dangerous to the world than Iranian nukes? Whether the writers of the report are bias, whether the UN has done nothing about Iran's nukes (come on, seriously... what the hell are the sanctions?), whether there are more dangerous situations in the world and whether the UN has complained about human rights in Syria, or whether the UN is corrupt are all TOTALLY IRRELEVANT. Address the FACTS in the report!!!!
