WASHINGTON — The United States is flying B-52 planes on training missions over South Korea to highlight Washington’s commitment to defend an ally amid rising tensions with North Korea, Pentagon officials said Monday.
Pentagon press secretary George Little said one B-52 flew over South Korea on March 8. And Deputy Defense Secretary Ashton Carter, who is visiting Seoul, said another bomber mission is scheduled for Tuesday.

We have to proceed very, very carefully here. If we do anything pre-emptively, it would seem to be proving their point that they need nuclear weapons as a deterent. No, we unfortunately must continue to try sanctions and diplomacy, and exhaust those avenues, and wait until they actually throw the first punch (rather than throwing bs words as they have done so far), and then eliminate all traces of their government and military, as best we can with a massive strike, while inficlting as little misery as possible upon the population.
Wait for the first punch? Wait till they nuke one of our allies? Nope. Present your case to the UN and bombs away. It is after all, Obama, the Nobel Peace Prize recipient. He would never bomb anyone unless they really needed to be bombed.
Every year NK blusters, then commits a provacative act after the military exercises are over (remember them lobbing mortars into SK? Remember the torpedo attack on the SK patrol boat?), and then dare anyone to respond, as if they hadn't done anything, claiming they acted in some sort of twisted self-defense, or bald-facedly claim they did nothing at all. They have been doing this for 60 years.
With all this sword-rattling bluster on both sides (by Baby Huey in north korea and Chuckie Hagel repping for Feld Marechal Barry the O in Washington), we still have seen nothing on the United States' intentions towards Hawaii. Hagel is putting anti-missile interceptors in Alaska and California, but not Hawaii, nor at Guam or other U.S. territories in the Pacific. Seems like a few holes in the antimsisile net from this view.
Queue the conspiracy therorists. What does he want bombed in Hawaii?

If you've never see a B-52 on ready alert on an airstrip... it is awe inspiring.....even at their advanced age.
