Warren claimed to have influenced the movement, then backed off

In one moment of candor tinged with a touch of hubris, Elizabeth Warren suggested that she provided the intellectual foundation for the Occupy Wall Street movement. It may be true, but Warren also kept a safe political distance from protesters who pitched tents in the movement’s name.
