40 years ago heart doctors came out of surgery and had a cigarette with the family of the patient. One could smoke in hospital cafeterias. Grandmothers smoked in the car while driving their grandkids to church. Women smoked while breastfeeding. How stupid. We've come a long way, but there's a long way to go, especially in Europe and Asia. I bet our Dept of Commerce still helps our cigarette companies market their poison abroad. Smokers and smoking sucks.
